Negative Feedback"Problems with support staff. I needed help with errors I was getting with my email and the Openhost support person was unhelpful and gave me conflicting information. I still have the problem and am about to move to a new webhosting company as I need some reliable technical support for my business."

Negative Feedback"Didn't like their customer service... long wait times to get support via phone. Staff don't really seem to know whats going on. I had a VPS service with them and it was very slow."
