Positive Feedback"For a Joe Average user, I rate woosh highly. I have been with them since 2004 when I had to purchase the modem ( which I still use because it seems to be more powerful than the later models ) I have been using the VOIP phone line for nearly two years and it goes well ( I am right on the edge of the coverage area and sure... I lose signal maybe once a week ) This is no big deal for me. For the price I pay I am willing to tolerate this. So if you use the internet for anything other than downloading movies or music, and you want to save money, as well as avoid the over hyped services of the duopoly colluding companies of Telecom and Vodafone my suggestion is give these guys a try! I find them convenient... I have only spoken to them maybe 5 times in five years. Woosh are no time wasters! I can understand the complaints from the more technicaly minded as they are justified and Woosh should use these criticisms to up their game."

Negative Feedback"Woosh provide an inconsistent level of service that requires constant management and is completely unreliable. Their network is slow and their sales and technical help teams are either liars or incompetent. Expect a very frustrating and highly disappointing experience with this disinterested provider."
