Negative Feedback"Poor customer service and poor internet service. I just got conned and wanted to warned anyone thinking about signing up for their colocation. Noticed that their website has no information "About the Company" nor "Board of Directors", "Company Mission Vision" etc. That's because they have no organization at all, it is a ONE MAN BAND!!!"

Neutral Feedback"My company Ezi Site Software Ltd purchased 13k worth of new Supermicro servers from Erin who owns Unleash Computers Ltd for a new web site that I was developing, the sales support was fast - as now when I think about it, they seemed over eager to get my money. Issues I had with Erin during the deal: 1. they told me they had the servers in stock when they didn't! (quote: These things normally take a couple of days to get parts in for, and a day or two for building / testing). 2. the servers arrived 23 days after the purchase date, this was unacceptable. 3. one of the servers had a USB fault, the reply form their after sales support was... "quote: Erin is currently out of the country, but I will forward your e-mail to him." No reply to replace the server has ever been offered. From what I can gather, they are just a middle man, they wear no responsibility when things go wrong in my opinion. After this buying experience buying servers from Erin, I wouldn't recommend Unleash Computers to anyone I know."
